About ASNServing the ADHD Community... since 1996

About ASNThe original inspiration for the ADHD Success Network (ASN) came from our initial company: PowerSystems, Inc. PowerSystems itself was based on over two years of research and development of the PowerSystems PowerPlanner™ (the first ADHD planing system)that made it’s debut in March of 1998 at the the National Attention Deficit Disorder Association Conference. Since then, this planner has been revised consistently to meet the needs of our clients.  From this Power-Full beginning until today, we have become one of the leading resources in the ADHD Community for both coaching and productivity tools.

Our endeavors have been led by Twila Gates, RN, Senior Certified ADHD Coach who is the founder of ASN and co-founder of PowerSystems, Inc.  She is a pioneer in coaching those with ADD / ADHD since 1996.  In 2010 Twila separated the productivity tools portion of the business from the coaching and has created separate divisions for each of these with the ASN as the umbrella company.  With over 20 years of experience working with people with ADD / ADHD, Twila is now focusing her attention on the further development of cutting edge tools and services that support the effort to assist those with ADHD to reach their full potential.  With all these experiences working one-on-one and in groups with clients who have ADD / ADHD, the ASN Team is committed to assisting you in your own personal and professional development. We understand how life can be challenging for you and strive to provide cutting-edge tools, services and inspiration.

The ASN ADHD Coaching Team has come together based on the multiple needs of the clients we coach. Each coach has a style that involves their own life experience, training, personality and areas of expertise. We take the time to assist you in choosing a coach based on your needs and desires. Our collaborative approach allows each ADHD coach the opportunity to tap into the resources and experience of the entire team, providing a broader perspective to address challenges during your coaching engagement. All ADHD coaching and collaboration is confidential.

Our ADHD coaches are intelligent, talented, educated, compassionate and are energized by the prospect of facilitating the process of each client reaching their full potential. Each coach is respected and honored for his/her contribution to the team as a whole. We create an environment filled with integrity, caring, respectful and collaborative teamwork.

Our most commonly requested service is the ADD / ADHD Coaching Monthly Program for people who are ready to commit to change, understand their condition and embrace self-awareness, systems, and skills to create an environment for success in their lives… whatever that means to them.

ADHD Coaching is more than just a job to our coaches Our passion comes from our many experiences with our clients as they thrive and regain control, direction, self-compassion and success in their personal and professional lives.

Our ever-present goal is to create an ADHD coaching environment of compassion, learning and a kick-start to get you moving forward!

 Our Solution

We believe that although ADHD causes challenge, sometimes very devastating challenge, in a person’s life, it also typically comes with some wonderful strengths/talents.

The person with ADHD has a beautiful mind that can function in ways that many more linear brains cannot.  People are our most precious resources and we believe this is especially true of those with ADHD.

Our work focuses on assisting those with ADHD to be more self-aware and to focus on their strengths as well as providing assistance with systems, tools, life & thinking skills, self regulation and simplification to overcome their challenges in all areas of life.

We believe in you and hold you accountable... until you can do it for yourself.

What Our Clients Are Saying

  • Changed my Life

"I came to (my coach) broken after years of struggling with ADHD and PTSD. Her professionalism, positivity, realism, understanding, and experience with ADHD provided the path I needed to 'get out of the weeds'..

She understood me more after the first few weeks than my therapist that I had worked with for over a year. I just wish I found her sooner so that I could have changed my life for the better years ago before I made so many mistakes and bad decisions.

My relationships have never been stronger, my career is the healthiest it has been in years, and I am actually setting long term goals and accomplishing them. Most of all, my relationship with myself is, for the first time in a long time, positive and loving. I am looking forward to the future (even during this covid craziness). I am not in the clear yet (or ever might be) but I am on the right path and that is all thanks to my coach. Thank you."
